About the Author

Douglas Cohen is the former editor of the award-winning Realms of Fantasy magazine. His fiction has appeared or is forthcoming from Interzone, Weird Tales, and Fantastic Stories of the Imagination. Oz Reimagined marks his first anthology.

John Joseph Adams is the bestselling editor of many anthologies, such as Epic, Other Worlds Than These, Armored, Under the Moons of Mars, Brave New Worlds, Wastelands, The Living Dead, Federations, The Improbable Adventures of Sherlock Holmes, and The Way of the Wizard. A four-time finalist for the Hugo Award and the World Fantasy Award, he is also the editor and publisher of the magazines Lightspeed and Nightmare, and is the co-host of Wired.com’s The Geek’s Guide to the Galaxy podcast.

Nick Podehl has been named a "Best Voice" by AudioFile magazine in 2010 and 2011. He has narrated many young adult, fantasy and romance titles, several of which have won awards, and has appeared in a number of theatrical productions and independent films.

Tanya Eby is a freelance voiceover artist with over ten years in narration experience, having narrated dozens of audiobooks. She has penned and produced four plays, published two short stories and a comic book, and is an associate professor teaching Creative Writing. She lives in Michigan with her two children.

A note on suggested reading age: L. Frank Baum’s original Oz books were works of children’s fiction―albeit ones that have been known and loved by “children of all ages” throughout their existence. Though many of the stories contained in this anthology are also suitable for the aforementioned children of all ages, Oz Reimagined is intended for ages 13 and up, and as such, some of the stories deal with mature themes, so parental guidance is suggested.
